I love dress up parties - it's a way to be a kid again and/or a way to impersonate Anna dello Russo, without your friends thinking you have completely lost the plot. The theme of the party we did two weeks ago, was P & Z (the initials of the bday boy).
I googled P themed costumes Penis, Panda, Patsy Kensit, penguin.... Hmmm... Policeman, Pilot, Paris Hilton ... Getting better ... Pirate?!!! :) Yes!
I have always wanted to dress up as a pirate (think a cleaner Keith Richards or Johnny Depp) plus I practically live in my leather shorts and white shirt so all I needed was a hat. To finish: Marc Jacobs boots I have lived in for 3 winters, McQueen skull scarf, Asos cuffs, thick eyeliner... est voila!
P.S. Check out Christing C dressed as a super hot Pocahontas, she came in wearing a beautiful feather head piece that was later stolen by one of the guests.
