Month in Instagram

In my bid to organize my house, I decided it was time to organise my blog, check out the travel section that now archives all my trips, really hope that you like it! I am working on other sections including Hong Kong and style, so stay tuned.

I am very excited, as tomorrow I should be flying to Paris for work. I am hoping I will be able to take some photos for the blog and eat lots of macaroons. After Paris I would be going to Geneva for the first time, which should be very cool (although freezing cold from what I have heard).

I have been trying to pause and learn to look back at the past and reflect! So here it is, the month of January through the lens of my instagram. Because of the Chinese New Year it kind of felt like a long holiday, the few sunny days almost felt like summer, the weekends involved a lot hiking and walking with doggies, the weekdays were pretty busy with work and a bit of blogging. The highlights involved meeting Taylor Tomasi Hill and the trip to Moscow, on the plane I got to watch the Cabaret and Breakfast at Tiffany's for the first time. (Each incredibly contemporary and amazing in their own way).

I have become addicted to Diptique candles in Cedre and Gardenia, have been drinking a lot of chai tea lattes, have been trying to do more yoga, but unfortunately failing. Hong Kong is starting to feel more and more like home, each time I go away, I am happy to come back to my house and my friends. I am really excited about the fashion week season coming up, I am working on a few cool fashion projects (that I will tell you about if they work out) as for February resolutions am hoping to post more, do more yoga and smile more! That's about it!

Do you have resolutions for February? Which fashion shows are you looking forward to the most? I am looking forward to the Celine (no show), Prabal Gurung, ACNE, Carin Wester, Sass & Bide and Stella McCartney)

(P.S. I always come across images in magazines that I really love, before I used to rip out the pages and then lose them, now I started taking photos of them, my goal is to sort out my mood boards through a recently discovered app called Pinterest)

  2. Those brown men's lace-ups, with those socks, and that pant leg, omgd, perfection!!!!!!!!

Taking pictures is a smart solution - I do that too, and then my phone gets swamped with the images. ;)

    Have a great trip.

  3. I'm trying to do more yoga too, I used to go 3 times a week but since I started working from home, I've been too lazy to travel to the city just to go to the yoga classes. It's sad really because I love the way I feel like a ballerina after my classes. Can't wait to check out your travels, don't get too cold in Europe. x
